Co-owner Susannah is a graduate of the Ballymaloe Cookery School County Cork Ireland, which is one of Europe's foremost cookery schools. She is passionate about quality food preparation, using the finest and freshest of locally sourced meats, seafood, eggs, vegetables, aromatic herbs as first choice in her seasonally changing menus.
Whenever possible, Susannah uses organic ingredients, and she sources from the network of Anglesey Food Producers.
