There are also many isolated rural beaches, perfect for long walks and solitude. The common factor is quality; we have 8% of the UK's total of Award Winning beaches, and 25% of all winners in Wales. There are a range of sporting and entertainment activities available for your enjoyment such as horse riding, water activities, golf, moutain walking and climbing, fishing, cycling, coastal and circular walks, art and culture, music and festivals.
